The FCCI Origin Series is an in-depth guided discussion on Zoom with an all-star team of presenters: a cocoa producer, chocolate maker, Harvard Lecturer, and Culinary Institute of America Pastry Instructor. This series has been designed with a fundraising mission to support cocoa producing communities. To ensure that funds quickly and effectively reach those in need, proceeds will be transferred directly to the featured cocoa producers for their discretionary use. This supports cocoa producers in not only capturing value from their cocoa, but also from the experience that their cocoa generates for consumers.
