SIZING THE SPECIALTY CACAO - CHOCOLATE MARKET

One of the most consistent questions we are asked as researchers is: “Do you have any stats on the craft chocolate market?” Providing a simple answer to this question is a challenge due to the niche character of craft chocolate and specialty cacao. We continue to expand and update our research on this topic in support of painting a realistic portrait of the market.
